Loch Lomond Boat Trip, 8 August

Luckily the sun shone for the first of our summer boat trips. As always it was a lovely, happy event with lots of friendly banter among our guests and an entertaining commentary by the skipper. We were very pleased to welcome on board some of the residents from the Sir Gabriel Wood’s Mariners’ Home in Greenock and the Rosendael Home in Broughty Ferry. Carol Mcentee from the Mariners’ Home wrote to say: “Thank you for inviting us to the recent cruise of Loch Lomond. It was a truly memorable experience and the residents really enjoyed themselves.”
