We are deeply saddened to hear that Normandy veteran and NFA supporter Frank Rosier has died. Frank served as an infantryman with the 2nd Battalion, Gloucestershire Regiment and was in the second wave at Gold Beach on D-Day.
He was one of our original station collection volunteers and was also a great friend of the Portsmouth D-Day Museum where he was a guide for many years.
Thank you Frank for your cheerfulness, dedication and selflessness helping other veterans. RIP.
We send our sincere condolences to Frank’s family, friends and colleagues.
